Sprouts to Use
Ingredients
Depending on your taste this amount will cover 1 - 5 pounds of sprouts.
1 Tbs. each:
ground oregano
ground basil
ground thyme
1 tsp. each:
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
ground rosemary
ground marjoram
For each pound of sprouts add:
1 tsp. olive oil
Serve
Mix and Eat/Serve.
Notes
You can mix the spices up and store for later use.
If you use fresh spices/herbs store the mix in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle Theresa's Herb Mix on anything and everything - sprouted or not.
