- Soak8 - 12 hoursThe amount of time your seeds should soak in cool water. Soaking is how we begin the sprouting process in most cases.
- Rinse / Drain2 - 3 times per dayHow often your seeds should be watered. Rinsing thoroughly and then draining as much water as possible are key components to growing great sprouts.
- Harvest5 - 6 daysThe time it takes to grow a finished Sprout, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.
- Yield7 to 1The amount of Sprouts, Grass, Greens or Micro-Greens produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

All time favorite! These ones NEVER make it to the fridge :). I snack on em every time I walk into the kitchen.
I am shocked that there are people distributing such a vast variety of organic non-GMO seeds! This Italian mix was next on my list to try, and it grew like magic. This mix is especially flavorful and I would highly recommend it to a first time sprouter..anyways.. I absolutely love the Sproutpeople and their creative mixes.
I am so happy to be part of the Sprout People family. This is my first blend of seeds and I'm wondering why I waited so long to go with a mix. This Italian blend tastes great on my sandwiches. The germination rate is near 100 percent. Thank you Sprout People for great customer service and excellent product. I'm making this my only go-to place for seeds.
I just grew my first batch if the Italian Blend in a quart jar in my kitchen - I started in on Thursday last week - today is Tuesday and the jar is full, the hulls released beautifully, it is greening up and I had my first taste, 1st bite: crunchy, delicate clover flavour with a spark of cress, very pleasing to the palette. 2nd bite - more developed in flavour, good crunch and a hint of garlic. I will continue to let this sprout go for another couple of days to let the garlic develop, its a teeny sprout at this stage. I just love the Sprout People mixes, so tasty. This one is great with fresh sliced tomatoes.
(Something I would do with this Italian blend, if it were possible - add a bit of basil to the mix, if basil is even available as a sprouting seed.)
I love the mixes from sprout people. Alfalfa is fine and good but why not have flavor? The garlic and cress makes this taste great. its much better then plain old alfalfa sprouts. The garlic doesn't all grow big like the other sprouts but I still taste it and love it. I'm going to try all of their mixes. These people have totally changed what sprouts are.
