- Soak8 - 12 hoursThe amount of time your seeds should soak in cool water. Soaking is how we begin the sprouting process in most cases.
- Rinse / Drain2 - 3 times per dayHow often your seeds should be watered. Rinsing thoroughly and then draining as much water as possible are key components to growing great sprouts.
- Harvest2 - 3 daysThe time it takes to grow a finished Sprout, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.
- Yield2 to 1The amount of Sprouts, Grass, Greens or Micro-Greens produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

I've had these raw in salad and they are good. However, if you boil these for an hour after a few days of sprouting then saute them - holy cow - amazing! You saute them in a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic they are soooooo good!!
We made Gil's Sprout Fried Rice tonight with Beanie's Awesome Mix and it was...Awesome! Beautiful and delicious
My GD has grown up with her Nana's sprouts on the counter but I never even tried to talk her into trying my sprout burgers cause I figured she'd balk. One day she dropped by and I was frying some spout burgers and they smelled awesome as usual and she asked if she could taste it. She tasted 2 whole burgers and now asks me to make them up for her. I freeze the patties I make and then just "fry" them in a cast iron skillet (with olive or coconut oli). They also make wonderful "sprout balls" and she ate a whole pound of them and tried dipping them into gyoza sauce, catsup, and sweet and sour. Amazingly they are good as cold left overs. You know when a pre teen ask you for sprout burgers/balls that they must be pretty good to her.
Really delicious any way I've prepared it though it is prettier raw. I love the bright pastels and the story of this one too. Cheers!
I like the crunch and the flavor of the awesome mix more than any bean except maybe the san fran mix which has peanuts. This one is really pretty too.
