So rich!

  • One avocado
  • One Tbs. lemon or lime juice
  • 1 cup of any kind of milk. For a thick smoothie, coconut is great!
  • Dash of cayenne pepper or chipotle chili powder. So addicting!
  • Dash of salt if desired
  • 1/2 cup leafy sprouts or sunflower greens.
  • 1 Tbs. fresh basil
  • 1 Tbs. honey or agave, or other sweetener, if desired.

You can also add a dash of Braggs amino acids, tamari, or soy sauce.

For an extra boost, add one Scoop of Amazing Grass Wheat Grass Powder, Amazing Grass Raw Reserve Powder, or one of their yummy, flavored Nutritional Supplements.

For extra decadence, add a Tablespoon of powdered cocoa or syrup, or Chocolate Amazing Meal supplement!! It sounds weird, but sweet, smoky-hot, chocolate avocado is amazing.
