Garbanzos (Chickpeas) and Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 medium diced onions
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cups sprouted garbanzos
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  • Rice of choice

DIRECTIONS

  • Simmer 15-20 minutes, serve over rice.
