INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 medium diced onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cups sprouted garbanzos
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter dissolved in 1/2 cup water
- Rice of choice
DIRECTIONS
- Simmer 15-20 minutes, serve over rice.
