Nick's Hot Sprout Salad Mix

Clover, Radish, Fenugreek, Mustard, Dill, Cress, and Celery
A seriously spicy combo of tender, nutritious Leafy Sprouts. Please don't be mad if you don't find these spicy. Most people do - but as we've learned well - taste is a very subjective sense. One person's hot is another's mild. Such is life.

All our seeds are sourced from certified organic suppliers.

Excellent for Women

Crunchy with a good bit of zing and a touch of savory. Wake up your sandwhich or enjoy as a salad all by itself.

The amount of Nick's Hot Sprout Salad Mix produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

The time it takes to grow a finished 5 - 6 days, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.

Oooohhhh!

Just so good! Especially love the addition of fenugreek, and yes, for sure it is spicy! But not too. I put in a cheese omelette and found the somewhat neutral eggy flavor paired beautifully with the layered flavor of these sprouts!

I always have a supply of Nick's mix in the fridge. We love it on anything but especially baked potatoes.

Wow!

I have to admit I was a bit shy about this blend because I didn't know how spicy they would be. Hubby and I both had them on egg salad today and it was amazingly delicious. Alone they have a 'kick', over the egg salad the heat is tempered quite a bit, but the flavor and the crunch are amazing. I love these. They not only taste great but smell great too. The mix of seeds is superb. We actually ate them 'early'..wasn't supposed to harvest for another two days but we couldn't resist. I had made a small batch just to try them out and we ate almost the entire thing! Can't wait to sprout some more...
