A little sweet, a little bitter, very fresh.

The amount of Green Pea Sprouts produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

The time it takes to grow a finished 2 - 3 days, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.

These Pea Microgreens Delicious Eaten Plain

I grow these in trays with soil, and while I grow them specifically for one of Anthony William's Brain Shot Therapies juice, (the one for burnout), they are delicious eaten plain as a snack. I could eat them every day.

Delicious

When a followed a raw food diet many years ago, I used to sprout mainly the small seeds. I really like eating the peas, lentils, etc. I like adding this to mixed salad greens. It makes the salad more filling and satisfying in my opinion. I used a rectangular container with lid and add my greens, sprouted beans/peas and some other veggies and I have my salad prepared for the week. If you're looking for something heartier, peas or beans might be your answer.

Raw sprouted peas as green salad topping

Really like the taste and texture of these raw as a green salad topping. I sprout 2/3 cup in a wide-mouth glass quart canning jar using the largest mesh of the "3 Screen Lid Set" stainless steel sprouting screens.
