INGREDIENTS
- One avocado
- One Tbs. lemon or lime juice
- 1 cup of any kind of milk. For a thick smoothie, coconut is great!
- Dash of cayenne pepper or chipotle chili powder. So addicting!
- Dash of salt if desired
- 1/2 cup leafy sprouts or sunflower greens.
- 1 Tbs. fresh basil
- 1 Tbs. honey or agave, or other sweetener, if desired.
DIRECTIONS
You can also add a dash of Braggs amino acids, tamari, or soy sauce.
