Clover Sprouts - Crimson

Crimson Clover (pictured on the left of Red Clover) is roughly 3 times the size of Red Clover - seed and sprout, which makes it easier to Drain after Rinsing. It produces a gorgeous, crunchy Leafy Sprout - the biggest of them all. We used Crimson Clover as the base for our gourmet mixes, when we were professional growers in the 90's. We LOVE this seed and we sprout it constantly at home.

All our seeds are sourced from certified organic suppliers.

Crunchy, mild, cool and refreshing. Great in sandwiches, salads, or as a salad by itself!

The amount of Clover Sprouts - Crimson produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

The time it takes to grow a finished 5 - 6 days, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.

Big seed clover

I tend to refer to this as "big seed clover", the much bigger seeds mean that they can do a lot more growing before they need nutrients from the sun and soil. This means that they tend to overtake smaller and slower seeds (e.g. brassicas) and put them in the shade, but that they can keep up with other big seeds like radish and fenugreek.

Amazing crunch

This is my favorite clover sprout of them all. I love the big sprout and the big crunch. 2 tablespoons of seed will produce a full sprout jar. There is enough for my salad and for sharing.

Love this big crunchy sprout!

These sprouts are amazing! I sprouted them in the stainless steel sprouter with great results after using the Easy Sprout several times.
