Mild and crunchy with a touch of garlic. Great in sandwiches, salads, or as a salad by itself!

The amount of Italian Blend Sprout Mix produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

The time it takes to grow a finished 5 - 6 days, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.

Love These!

The Italian Sprout Mix is my fav! I've recently gotten into sprouting and ordered a plethora of seeds to try out. I received large amounts to last quite awhile. Repeatedly, I have to sprout these every week. I just can't resist. I've discovered that I like the sprouts more than the micro greens. Who knew? I've been buying micro greens at the store for years and the only sprouts I had eaten were bean sprouts until now. I really like how they are crunchy and so quick to harvest.

Mix with Russian Mix for Bagels

Wrote this on a review for the Russian Mix blend, but I like to sprout both Italian Blend and Russian Mix together at the same time, 1 Tbsp of each. Having both onion and garlic sprouts is very "everything bagel"! I have this blend for breakfast on an everything bagel most mornings. Would love to see if Gil could work his magic to create an "everything bagel" blend!

Tip for jar growers

I thought I'd failed with this mix. The clover sprouted, and the garlic only had small tails. If you're growing in a jar, keep watering and draining well twice daily. Keep the new leaves in indirect sunlight. I never harvested this to put in the fridge like I do with other sprouts. I took what I wanted to eat out of the jar, but left it growing. Every day it got more delicious and beautiful.
