Substantial, very mild sweetness, grainy, but with no grain. Wonderful breakfast cereal!

The amount of Buckwheat Groat Sprouts produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

The time it takes to grow a finished 1 - 3 days, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.

I got these for my 8 year old dog

I got these for my 8 year old dog. I feed him a raw diet and he always ate everything no problem, but then he stopped eating all vegetables. Nothing I tried would entice him. I sprouted these buckwheat groats, the alfalfa sprouts and the dog mix and he LOVES them. I am so happy and he’s so healthy.

Love raw buckwheat groat sprouts!

I always bought these at local stores til Covid killed off bulk grains. So grateful to Lori and Gil for these. Only need a few minutes of soaking and good to go. Yummy!

Soaked Buckwheat

I have been soaking buckwheat overnight for many years, and then making a cold tabouli-like dish with it. I also love adding sunflower seeds to them during soaking. I have never actually gone the extra step to sprout them, since they are edible and delicious soaked & rinsed (well)... but I might give it a try now, since I sprout everything else.

Reliable Sprouting Seed

I appreciate the dependability of Sprout People's buckwheat. It always has a high germination rate.
