Madison Market Sprout Mix

Peanuts, Sunflower Seeds (Hulled), Almonds, and Pumpkins (Hulled or Naked)
Market Mix is beyond outrageous! It is the trail mix of sprouts. It is addictive. We routinely eat around our house while the seeds are still soaking. Why Wait?

Soaking a seed transforms it from dormant to alive. The biggest nutritional gain in sprouts is achieved with this simple step - soaking. Further sprouting adds more nutrients, but nowhere near as many as is added just by soaking.

All our seeds are sourced from certified organic suppliers.

Great for Men (Pumpkin)
Protein: 25%

So nutty and buttery and crunchy. So much fun to eat by the handfuls!

The amount of Madison Market Sprout Mix produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

The time it takes to grow a finished 1 - 3 days, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.

Mix looks great

Haven't sprouted/soaked these yet but am excited to! I was wondering how long the soaked sprouts will last in the refrigerator. Also, I can't eat them from the frig before they might go bad so is drying or dehydrating them an option or will it decrease the nutritional quality of the sprouts. Don't want to do that! Thanks so much for your great products and service <3

Sproutpeople says: These tender Sprouts/Soaks will last for several days if refrigerated when adequately dry, but they will discolor (the Sunflower Sprouts in particular) a bit as the days pass. Frankly, Market Mix is almost impossible to store because it's just too good not to eat them all up first. We've never dehydrated them - but it's worth a try. Let us know how you like them if you do try. Enjoy!

Sprouted peanuts are delicious

Wow, who knew peanuts in a mix could taste so good! I used to think of peanuts as "just" mix fillers, now they are the stars. I soak 2/3 cup in a wide-mouth glass quart canning jar using the largest mesh of the "3 Screen Lid Set" stainless steel sprouting screens.

Surprise Favorite!

Hubby and I LOVE this mix. It's ready really quickly but I love it most the morning after when it's a bit dry. I mix it into my oatmeal. I've also tried it with granola and yogurt as a sort-of parfait. It's delicious and highly nutritious!
