Garlic Sprouts

Though it is actually the seed of a Garlic Chive plant, the Sprouts taste just like Garlic!!!!
These come straight from an Illinois farmer we have worked with for years. They are vigorous sprouting seeds of the highest quality.

Note: This is the same seed we sell for Garlic Chive Micro-Greens.

Note: We sell Garlic by the 1/2 pound.

All our seeds are sourced from certified organic suppliers.

We love garlic. So good!

The amount of Garlic Sprouts produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

The time it takes to grow a finished 10 - 14 days, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.

WORTH THE WAIT!

These sprouts are everything. Perfect on egg/avocado toast in the morning, perfect in soups and in salads. They take a bit longer but are totally worth the wait! Vickie and I are on the same page. The italian mix is fab but I do like more of a garlicy punch so these are superb!

Mmmm--GARLIC!

Yes, these do have a true garlic taste (be forewarned, SMELLS just like it also--LOL). Like another reviewer Italian mix isn't garlic-y enough for my taste and alone these are expensive. Therefore, I'm also working on creating my own mix by sprouting garlic for about 5 days, adding soaked and rinsed clover or alfalfa seeds and then continuing the drain/rinse cycle for about another week. Happy inventing!

Garlicy

I tried growing the garlic sprouts alone after having them in the italian mix which I really love. I give these 5 stars for flavor but they take a long time to grow and they are expensive so I made it 4. If you sprout some of these for a week or so and then add them to italian mix they grow all the way by the time the italian finishes sprouting. I like doing that because it gives me a great garlic flavor and costs less then growing the garlic alone. Really great.
