- Soak8 - 12 hoursThe amount of time your seeds should soak in cool water. Soaking is how we begin the sprouting process in most cases.
- Rinse / Drain2 - 3 times per dayHow often your seeds should be watered. Rinsing thoroughly and then draining as much water as possible are key components to growing great sprouts.
- Harvest5 - 6 daysThe time it takes to grow a finished Sprout, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.
- Yield7 to 1The amount of Sprouts, Grass, Greens or Micro-Greens produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

I’m with Jean—I think it’s terrific that this sprout is made with women and moms in mind. Thank you for thinking of us (while our health care system and medical research lags behind). It also tastes really great and fresh. Love it on avocado toast and in my smoothies. Among my fave sprouts. Also love Hot2 and French Garden.
So i orginally bought this mix for my breast feeding sister. Made her a batch and gave her a jar. But when I tried it I loved it. I was buying another broccoli mix from sprout people for myself. Then I went to a sprout talk by Dr. Clement and he named the most powerful sprouts to eat for our health. Guess which ones were named... The ones in this mix plus sunflower and wheatgrass. So Now this is the mix I buy for me!
This Sprouting Mix is one of the best I have ever sprouted. Quick to sprout, and so mild, and delicious. I add them to smoothies and garnish soups with it all year long. 2 cups of sprouts a day will keep the doctor away.
I have tried most of the mixes and this one is my favorite. I think it is pretty mild compared to other mixes. I like the way the sprouts look as they grow. This mix has some thicker looking sprouts than others. I will probably end up combining this with some of the stronger tasting sprouts like broccoli. This company is amazing. I truly love all the sprouts I have purchased from here except for the pumpkin seeds I ordered last year were bitter. Other than that, perfection.
Because of stomach problems, I cannot eat lettuce but love salad. This is my new salad base and I love it. Sometimes I add radish or broccoli sprouts to give it a little extra zing. Will keep this as a staple in my home. Getting others to try it was easy because it tastes so good.
The name made me buy this mix. My mother gave me my love of sprouts and I couldn't resist the name! All of the individual flavors blend together to make a more complex but neutral flavor than sprouting individual seeds. I have noticed that if I sprout only broccoli or radish I get tired of the flavor after two days but this mix is more complex because all of the flavors melt together and it takes me months to get tired of it (have I even gotten tired of the flavor once?) I wish I could buy this in the bulk section of my local grocery store--I'm in Gainesville, FL by the way ;)
I love EVERYTHING I've purchased from Sproutpeople, but this mix is really cool. I mean WOW - a mix for mothers! Super cool folks! I researched the ingredients and it just amazes me that they did this. These people are the Gods of sprouts!!!
