Clover Micro-Greens - Red Clover

Mild flavor, extremely tender, big time nutrition (especially for women), Red Clover is easy to grow as Micro-Greens. It produces a beautiful green leaf which is lighter green than Alfalfa. Though it is very similar to Alfalfa, we prefer Red Clover. It is the base for most of our Leafy Sprout Mixes

Note: This is the same seed we sell for Clover Sprouts. Our Clover comes from a source which is certified organic!

All our seeds are sourced from certified organic suppliers.

Easy peasy

Easy to sprout, very easy to de-hull. After the de-hulling process - I put the sprout mass in a regular salad spinner that I have put a large clean dish towel, folding the edges to the inside, then I spin out the extra moisture. I do put a dish towel or paper towel with the sprouts if keeping in the fridge and sometime put in a fresh one after a day or 2 if I have found that the towel is too damp, but they get eaten pretty fast. We eat them in salads, sandwiches and I love to make sprout "nests" and put lovely things on top- tuna salads, guacamole, cashew dips &spreads.
