Clover Sprouts - Red Clover

Mild flavor, mild crunch, big time nutrition (especially for women dealing with menopause.), Clover is easy to grow, and produces a beautiful green leaf which is lighter green than Alfalfa. Though it is very similar to Alfalfa, we prefer Clover. It is the base for most of our Leafy Sprout Mixes

All our seeds are sourced from certified organic suppliers.

Crunchy, mild, cool and refreshing. Great in sandwiches, salads, or as a salad by itself!

The amount of Clover Sprouts - Red Clover produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

The time it takes to grow a finished 5 - 6 days, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.

Crunchy and Mild

These clover sprouts are so crunchy!! A lot like alfalfa, so mild and light, but crunchy and delicious. Super easy to grow (I like to use the stainless sprouter). These and the alfalfa sprouts are the ones I grow the most often.

Delicious

Late last fall, I purchased three sprouting covers that fit my mason jars and for me they've made sprouting so easy and convenient. These seeds are so easy to grow and it's amazing how much yield there is to even just 1 tablespoon. I use these in salads and sandwiches mainly.

Easier to de-hull

Very similar to alfalfa in taste but I like it just a little more than alfalfa because this is a little more easy to de-hull. Still has that great, mild taste and crispy crunch.
