I am going sprout crazy thanks to sprout people mixes. Nicks is the 2nd one I've tried so far. The 1st was the italian which i am nuts for. I even grow extra garlic for that and I have mixed it into this to. Nick's has a lot of flavor on its own. It's pretty spicy and has more then just spicy going for it. I pick different sprouts out to taste them. I don't know which ones are which but there's one that tastes like horse radish and the radish one (I assume that one is radish) tastes exactly like a radish. All together it is great and even better with some garlic. I'mfgoing to try the french mix next. I never thought sprouts could be so good all by themselves.
