Oriental Greens Sprout Mix

About

Yet another in our geographic theme sprout mixes. We started naming mixes this way because we never went anywhere. Being a sprout farmer is a lot like being a dairy farmer - well - the hours are similar. The sprouts need to be tended to at least twice a day. There's no such thing as a holiday - it's farming. We spent every day rinsing and draining up to 1,500 pounds of sprouts - by hand - over a sink. We worked 16 hour days! Travel? No way. So we thought we might derive some vicarious travel pleasure by naming our sprouts after exotic places.

Oriental Greens is flavored with multiple mustards. Often overlooked, Oriental Greens finds many a fan once tried!
