The most famous sprout in America. Mild flavor, mild crunch, and big time nutrition. Easy to grow - but Broccoli is a cool weather crop - so if you grow it in hot & humid conditions add a 3rd Rinse/Drain, daily - or wait for cooler weather. Note: This is the same seed we use for Broccoli Micro-Greens. This Broccoli is from a farmer who is certified organic!

- Soak4 - 12 hoursThe amount of time your seeds should soak in cool water. Soaking is how we begin the sprouting process in most cases.
- Rinse / Drain2 - 3 times per dayHow often your seeds should be watered. Rinsing thoroughly and then draining as much water as possible are key components to growing great sprouts.
- Harvest3 - 6 daysThe time it takes to grow a finished Sprout, or other crop (Micro-Greens, Grass, Greens) from a dry Seed. Note: This "finished" Sprout is our preference. you may grow them for as long as you want! In fact, we suggest that you taste them at every rinse to discover when you like them best.
- Yield4 to 1The amount of Sprouts, Grass, Greens or Micro-Greens produced by 1 unit of Seed. For Example 2:1 means that 1 pound of Seed will produce 2 pounds of Sprouts or whatever crop you are growing. You do not have to grow them all at once of course, unless you wish to =:-D

I love ordering from Sproutpeople. I feel like they are neighbors and good friends from their personal touch and dedication to the health and well being of their customers. In addition to the benefits of eating the sprouts, I get a little bit of restorative "nature bathing" from growing them in my window.
Love these sprouts, they never disappoint!
These bring much better yield than what I previously ordered on another general health food site. Very pleased, just ordered some more. Husband fighting prostate cancer.
I purchased a few samplers, and the broccoli sprouts were the first I tried. I'm hooked! Fun and easy to start and grow; fresh and tasty to eat! Favorite use so far: on top of good toast with mashed avocado, a squeeze of lemon, and salt & pepper.
Thanks Sprout People- I'm using your seeds while on chemo to naturally fight cancer.
I'm married to a horticulturist who was so pleased with your seeds. They GROW, whereas only 25% of the seeds from our local organic market sprouted. Thx too for the utube video- showing importance of shaking, shaking, shaking after rinsing.
I've eaten broccoli sprouts daily for several years. When they were available in my grocery store (very small organic sprouter selling only locally), I bought them there, but both before that time and after it ended I've sprouted my own. These are very good seeds. With strict attention to getting all the water out after rinses, I get very good results using only the simple jar method.
I have been sprouting for a little over a year. I tried seeds from several vendors and find sproutpeople to be hands down THE BEST! I had some trouble with these broccoli seeds when I first tried them but I emailed for help and Gill got back to me in no time with all the answers I needed. My crops have been great since. Thanx for the education! All you really need to do is watch his video. I probably wouldn't have emailed questions if I had watched it first but I ended up learning other useful stuff. Gill writes emails like he makes videos and this web site. He's long winded but really detailed. Go sproutpeople!
I was nervous to try sprouting my own sprouts. But I took a chance and got some broccoli sprouts. First off, sprouting is EASY! Secondly, broccoli sprouts are delicious! I compared my first batch to store bought and mine were so much better. There was no comparison. Once you start sprouting your own you will never go back to store bought.
The best broccoli sprouts!!! You cannot go wrong with the amazing health benefits of these sprouts. Plus, the Sprout People make a wonderful Utube video to follow, so you can't go wrong growing these wonderful sprouts. One tablespoon of these sprouts equals one pound of raw broccoli! Thank you for making it so easy to get my veggie intake!!!
I've tried several different seed sellers broccoli seeds but sproutpeople has the best by far. They sprout really well and they taste way better than any others I've grown. They are sweet and taste like cabbage. All the others I've grown from other places are too spicy - and none grow nearly as big a crop.
