A simple package for the bird lover. A wise bird person tells us that all of the mixes are all fine for all birds. A larger bird will consume smaller seeds more quickly than a smaller bird will consume larger seeds, but by all means choose which you want us to send - using the pull-down menu. The Big Bird has some large seeds. The Lil' Bird has the smallest seeds ..... you get it. Dr. Bird costs a little more.

All of the seeds in all of our Bird Mixes come from sources which are certified organic.

Big Bird Mix

Almonds (shelled), Sunflower (in shell), Wheat, Spelt (hulled), Kamut, Triticale, Barley (hulless), Oats (hulless), Millet, Buckwheat (in hull), Brown Rice, Green Lentils, Crimson Lentils, French Blue Lentils and Red Lentils, Adzuki Beans, Mung Beans, Black Garbanzos, Brown Garbanzos and Large Beige Garbanzos, Green Peas, Speckled Peas and Yellow Peas, Blue and Yellow Corn

Your big birds will love this beautiful mix of 25 seeds - all from sources which are certified organic - but so will your smaller birds =:-D This is the most beautiful of our Bird Blends - in my personal opinion. These are some of the most demanding mixes we make. They take a lot of time and energy, but it's always fun to put this wide variety of seeds together, and they are so very very lovely together. As we've said, the name of the mix indicates the relative size of the seeds in that mix. Our avian advisors assure us that any size bird can enjoy any of our mixes. A smaller bird will just take longer to eat a larger seed.

Mid Bird Mix

Sunflower (in shell), Wheat, Spelt (hulled), Kamut, Triticale, Barley (hulless), Oats (hulless), Millet, Buckwheat (in hull), Brown Rice, Green Lentils, Crimson Lentils, French Blue Lentils and Red Lentils, Adzuki Beans, Mung Beans, Black Garbanzos, Brown Garbanzos and Small Beige Garbanzos, Green Peas, Speckled Peas and Yellow Peas, Fenugreek, Brown and Golden Flax, Alfalfa, Red Clover, Oriental Mustard, Daikon and China Rose Radish, Quinoa, Sesame

Mid Bird is another lovely mix. This one has 32 seeds - all from sources which are certified organic. Both you and your flock will appreciate its beauty and how easy it is to sprout. As we've said, the name of the mix indicates the relative size of the seeds in that mix. Our avian advisors assure us that any size bird can enjoy any of our mixes. A smaller bird will just take longer to eat a larger seed, while a bigger bird will chow down the little seeds faster.

Lil Bird Mix

We finally got it done in 2010. One of our loyal avian customers advised us - and approved our mix. We hope you and your flock like it too.

The Sprouter

One Easy Sprout Sprouter

Overwhelmingly our most popular sprouter, Easy Sprout is also our personal favorite. We have well over a dozen in our house. It offers great drainage and the best air-circulation of any sprouter.

Easy Sprout is made up of a 1 Quart (litre) Growing Vessel, a Solid container/Base that catches excess Rinse water, a Small Seed Insert that snaps in when sprouting small seeds, two Growing Lids (1 for home (Domed) and 1 for the road (Flat)), and a Solid Lid for refrigerator storage of your sprout crop.

Easy Sprout is the best all-around sprouter. Period. It is the mandatory choice for high humidity sproutpeople everywhere and great for travel sprouting! Very versatile - Easy Sprout can sprout virtually any seed, anywhere!
