an exceedingly easy to grow Micro-Green, Mizuna is very flavorful. It is fairly mild as a Micro-Green, compared to its mature flavor (when grown in the garden). Though you won't see much of them, the garden plant has unique and beautiful leaves. We have used it in some of our mixes for many years. Though terribly expensive, we love it.
Our Mizuna comes from a source which is certified organic. Note: We sell Mizuna by the 1/4 pound.
